Our Kingsville Headquarters is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. The essential function of this position is to provide Residential Maintenance. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for Residential maintenance Lawn maintenance Window washing Dock/boat and pool maintenance/upkeep Education/Background Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous related work experience required. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Requires professionalism Team player with positive work attitude. Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
